How do we feel hungry?
Due to the hormones, they are ghrelin and leptin are the hormones responsible for our feeling of hungry and not feeling of hungry.
GHRELIN:
ghrelin is a peptide hormone that releases p/D1 cells .ghrelin also contains the growth hormone, cortisol the main function of this hormone is to regulate the feeling of hunger it is also called the hunger regulating hormone ghrelin.
LEPTIN:
leptin is a peptide hormone secreted by adipose cells. leptin is hunger suppression Harmon which releases in the hypothalamus their it regulates the central nerves. With the release of leptin the feeling of being hungry stops.
before we start eating ghrelin is released then after started eating when our stomach gets filled then leptin releases the signal to the brain to stop eating stomach is getting filled in this way we feel to eat and not to eat. but due to unbalance of chemicals the release of hormones not in time leads to obesity, digestive problems, and everything so only eating healthy is the only solution to controlling hormonal regulation and imbalance.
*it decreases the function of the digestive system.
By getting an overload of the stomach. food that we eat is unable to get mixed up with the digestive acids which are present in our stomach and also no proper chewing of food leads to digestive problems. the food which is used to digest in 3hrs may take 5hrs.

when we get eaten more than the actual quantity it takes more time to digest food than most of the energy up to 20% actually our brain consumes then when we get to eat more the stomach or digestive system uses more energy than actual. so in this way, our body gets unstable so it leads to sleeplessness.
